Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions (the 'Terms') shall apply to the use of ACKERMANN LABS INTERNATIONAL intranet platform and its associated services. By registering and using this platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Definitions
2.1. 'Platform'
Includes software, hardware and systems used to provide training services and course management over the internet and associated offline components.
2.2. 'Materials'
Includes articles, course materials, instructor materials and other materials whether delivered in print or electronic format.
2.3. 'Services'
Means the company's programs, deliverables, documentation, training, facilitation, or consulting services provided through the platform.
2.4. 'User'
Persons accessing the Services or receiving the Materials through the platform.
3. Intellectual Property and License Grant
User acknowledges and agrees that the Company and its licensors are and remain the owners of all intellectual property rights in and to the Materials, Platform and Services.
3.1. License Grant
Company grants to User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Materials, Platform and Services solely for User's internal use and for User's employees for whom access has been paid.
3.2. Restrictions
Neither User nor its employees nor any third party shall have any right to copy, distribute, publicly display, license, sub-license, create derivative works from or make any other use of Company Materials, Platform or Services. In addition, User shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or structure of the software used in the Platform.
4. Platform Access and Use
4.1. User Access
Platform access is for specifically named users and cannot be shared or used by more than one user. Users may retain indefinitely for their personal reference the tangible Materials.
4.2. System Requirements
Users must meet minimum system technical requirements to access online courses and use the training platform.
4.3. User Conduct
Users agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Use of the platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose is prohibited.
5. Data Protection and Privacy
User shall retain all its rights, title and interest in and to User's products, trademarks, technology, inventions, techniques, data, designs, and other information. Insofar as User or any of User's employees input information into the Platform, all ownership rights of such information belong to User or the individual who inputted the information.

6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data or use, incurred by User or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort.
7. Indemnification
User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from User's use of the platform.
8. Termination
This Agreement and User's right to use the Platform shall remain in effect during the time User is duly licensed to access the content contained on the Platform. Company retains the right to terminate this Agreement, effective immediately, at its sole discretion.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Madrid, Spain.
10. Modifications
Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately upon posting on the platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
